OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR APPLICATIONS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICATION, IF ANY.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using our applications at any time by uninstalling them from your devices.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
